Items purchased from us: We want our customers to be totally satisfied with the goods they receive. If you find any bike, spare part or accessory purchased from XbikeX to be faulty, simply return it to us within 7 days and we will refund, repair or replace it at our discretion. Complete bikes are guaranteed against any major defect - 'consumable' items excepted.
Services purchased from us: If you have any issue at all with work we have undertaken for you, please get in touch and we will put it right immediately.
Items that we purchase: We pay cash for complete bikes, incomplete bikes and bike components. We'll even consider broken stuff if we think we can repair it, but we don't buy scrap. Simple as that. We certainly do not buy stolen goods, and will report any attempt to pass off any such goods directly to Sussex Police. We have done this in the past, resulting in successful criminal prosecution, and will not hesitate to do it again.
Payments to us for goods and services: We take PayPal for low-value items sent via post/courier, direct bank transfers when shipping high value items, but CASH ONLY for collection items and for servicing and repairs. No other payment methods are accepted.
